The ladies win a double split against Schreiner

Shreveport- The Centenary softball team shared a Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference doubleheader against the Schreiner University Mountaineers on Friday afternoon, falling 3-2 in Game 1 and bouncing back with a 2-1 victory in of Game 2 at the Centenary Softball Complex.

The ladies (11-16, 5-12 SCAC) and mountaineers (13-23, 10-7 SCAC) will wrap up the weekend series Saturday at 1 p.m. The ladies will honor their two seniors, P Ashley Hunter (Benton, La.) and 2B Jaymee Wilkinson (Brazoria, Texas) in a postgame ceremony.
