Spotify has just launched a new site that aims to provide advice and guidance to people looking to advance their careers in the music industry.
The new site, called In Focus, launched on June 1 and has been described as “like an artist manager in your pocket”.
Main areas of interest include connecting with fans, promoting work, creating music, generating income as an artist, and inspiration.

Each of these areas is packed with tips from the Spotify for Artists team, industry professionals, and tips from music superstars like Olivia Rodrigo, A$AP Ferg, Phoebe Bridgers, and more.
It also promises to keep refreshing features and assets to keep up with changes in the music industry and to keep ideas “fresh”.
This new site is available and applicable to small artists starting out, breakthrough artists and established artists.
Advice can be as broad as giving advice on how to take inspiration from the environment or as specific as how to work on production chops and building a personal brand.
