HMI Performance Incentives wins SITE Crystal Award for Group Incentive Travel
NORWOOD, Mass., April 26, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — HMI Performance Incentives, a global leader in B2B incentive solutions, is honored to accept its first ever Group Incentive Travel Award from the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE) Crystal Awards . HMI received the award in the Most Impactful Effort Towards Corporate Social Responsibility category under an incentive program.
The travel program was managed in partnership with client Manning Building Supplies at the Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort Spa and Casino with onsite ground services provided by De Palm Tours. Manning was looking for a way to connect with his loyal customers after a year without being able to travel due to the COVID-19 pandemic. HMI and Manning donated funds to FPNC (a food bank in Aruba) to provide 40 families in Aruba with one month of non-perishable food and hygiene products. During the trip, participants had the opportunity to pack supplies at the resort for distribution to families returning to the food bank. Many participants expressed an emotional connection to this part of the trip in particular.
