7 iPhone apps you need if you’re an Elder Scrolls fan

[ad_1]

The Elder Scrolls has been around for nearly two decades, producing a series of games, books, and comics that have collectively built a vast tradition, enjoyed by millions of gamers.

If you’re a big fan of The Elder Scrolls, you’ll enjoy using the iPhone apps featured throughout, which include a mix of official and unofficial apps.

The Elder Scrolls: Blades is a first-person mobile dungeon exploration game that retains all of The Elder Scrolls history and story, with distinct, mobile-friendly combat that is easy to get used to. With its own history, you will live a linear experience. Challenges and Quests occupy yourself with Coffers to unlock for more items.

While Blades doesn’t offer the gameplay you know and will love from the main game series, it does have a fun little storyline and the gameplay is straightforward, making it a great time-killing mobile game. You can also customize your character a lot, true to the main series.

Legends is unlike any other game in the Elder Scrolls series – a card-based mobile game that stays true to the franchise’s history while taking on a new direction. The game is filled with characters and events that fit well with the overall Elder Scrolls mythology.

As with all card games, there is a significant element of RNG (Random Number Generator) involved, but not enough to feel like you lack agency on the game.

As you progress through the story, you will be able to unlock and earn new cards. If you’ve ever been a fan of other card games, like Yu-Gi-Oh! or Magic The Gathering, then you’ll be right at home with The Elder Scrolls: Legends.

3. The ESO app

The ESO App is an unofficial companion app for The Elder Scrolls Online players. Basically, the app offers a map of Elder Scrolls Online, with icons on the map that you can tap to find out what they are, and then find them in the game.

Using the Menu button, you can view all the different cards from different areas, such as the Daggerfall Pact or the Ebonheart Pact.

You can use a pinch motion to zoom in and out on different maps, helping you easily find the same spot on your own map to get to the right spot. By going to Settings tab, you can deselect certain icons to prevent them from appearing on the map, allowing you to focus on what you want.

After tapping on the Menu, you can press Pitches, Quests, and more to access specific collectibles. By tapping on the Filtered button, you can uncheck some icons on the map. It even lists the quests you can find in certain areas, and by tapping on the quest, you’ll be notified of the specific quest giver, associated locations, and even objectives.
